If you want to be a great leader you will have to get good at expressing yourself effectively to engage others.  This week’s animated video I share the importance of using ‘We’ and ‘Our’ accurately and effectively and as much as you can.

There’ s lots to consider when expressing yourself. When considering using ‘We’ and ‘Our’ vs. “Me’, ‘My’ & ‘I’, the differences are subtle but important.

When do you use “We’ When do you use ‘I’ so you engage people and inspire them or make them feel included and important.
