This week I’m I’m introducing and releasing the 18th video in the new multi-media and animated CONTACT Communications Program for becoming a Great Communicator and Leader.   Its part 1 of module 7.

The 2^nd “T” in CONTACT Stands for Take it to the next level. Taking a sensitive, important to correction conversation to the next level means finding common intention, getting agreement and commitments and solidifying them.

In this video I explain what primary and secondary intentions are and how to find common intention. Finding common intention takes finding common ground to another level in a tough communication situations.

Get good at finding common intention and getting people to commit, agree and follow through. It’s the KEY to successful communicating and leading.
